Needless to say, we rate this spine-chilling number just as highly as its equally evil sibling, 'Murder Weapon'. 'The Promised Loop' takes a more minimalist approach on an epic eleven-and-a-half minute, laid-back prog track with some wonderful guitar-led breaks. 'Global Warmup' is an unusual, spacey mix loaded with chunky grooves, psychedelic vocal samples and retro synth lines to round off the E.P.
